Paw Points — Rewards for Loving Them Well
Paw Points is live. Every order you place at Snout & Swagger earns credit towards your next one. No card to carry, no code to remember.
How it works
Earn 5% back on every order. Spend R500 and you have R25 waiting for next time. Spend R1,000 and it is R50. It applies to the whole order, every order — not just your first.
You earn from your very first order — even as a guest. You don't have to sign up before you buy. Check out normally and the credit is banked against the email address you ordered with.
Your balance is counted in points. You collect 5 points for every R1 you spend, and 100 points is R1 off. That is where the 5% comes from — the points are just the counter.
Spending them
When you are ready to use your credit, create an account with the same email address you ordered with. Your balance is already there waiting. From then on you can turn it into money off whenever you like.
Open the Paw Points panel on any page of the site to see your balance and redeem.

Why we do it this way
Most loyalty programmes make you sign up before they will give you anything, then make the reward hard to put a number on. We would rather do the opposite: you earn without asking, we tell you what it is worth in rand, and the only reason to make an account is to spend what you have already got.
Your dog's loyalty to you is unconditional. Ours to you should be worth something real in return.
Questions
Do I need an account to earn?
No. You earn on any order. You only need an account to spend it.
How do I know what my points are worth?
Divide by 100. A balance of 1,500 points is R15 off. Or just read the 5% — whatever you spend, a twentieth of it comes back.
What if I already ordered before Paw Points launched?

Can I use Paw Points with a discount code?
Tell us what you are trying to combine and we will confirm — ask us.
Do points expire?
