Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of snoutandswagger.co.za and all purchases made on it. The website is operated by Horison Tech (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2022/468237/07), trading as Snout & Swagger, Unit G26, Millennium Office Park, 42 Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria, 7493, South Africa (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely by Payfast. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email; we may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or was listed at a manifestly incorrect price, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Products

Our products are natural pet treats and food. Natural products vary in size, shape and colour; product images are illustrative. Always supervise your dog with chews and provide fresh water. Product information on this site is not veterinary advice — consult your vet about your dog’s specific dietary needs.

Delivery

Delivery is per our Delivery & Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled per our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, read with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

Promotions

Competitions and promotions (including our monthly feedback draw) are subject to the rules published with each promotion and section 36 of the CPA.

Privacy

Personal information is processed per our Privacy Policy and POPIA.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Snout & Swagger name and logo, is our property or used with permission of the relevant brand owner (including Pets Elite (Pty) Ltd), and may not be reproduced without consent.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the CPA. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site.
