Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Horison Tech (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2022/468237/07), trading as Snout & Swagger (“we”, “us”), collects and processes your personal information when you use snoutandswagger.co.za, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us we collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order details. Payment card details are processed directly and securely by our payment provider, Payfast; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, communicate about your order, handle returns and refunds, run our monthly feedback draw where you enter it, and — only where you have expressly opted in — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers needed to fulfil your order: Shopify (our store platform), Payfast (payment processing), and our courier partners (delivery). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies required for the shopping cart and checkout to function, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to processing, by emailing lassie@snoutandswagger.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Security & retention

Information is stored on secured systems provided by Shopify. We retain order records for as long as required by South African tax and consumer law, and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
