Track My Order
Every order gets tracking details by email the moment it leaves us. Here is how to find them, and what to do if something has gone quiet.
Your tracking email
As soon as your order is collected by the courier, we email you a tracking number and a link. That email goes to the address you used at checkout.
If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder before anything else — that is where it ends up most often.
Check your account
If you created an account when you ordered, your order history and status are there.
Ordered as a guest? Your confirmation and tracking emails are the record — or just ask us and we will look it up.
When to expect it
- Dispatched within one business day of your order
- 3–4 business days to main centres after dispatch, in most cases
- A day or two more for regional areas
- Locker orders: the courier sends a one-time PIN to your cell number when your parcel is ready to collect
- Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day
- Delivery times are courier estimates, not guaranteed dates

If your order has not arrived
Before you contact us, two quick checks solve most of it:
- Has someone else taken it in? A neighbour, the gate, reception or a security office.
- Is there a delivery attempt notice? Access control at complexes and estates is the single most common cause of a failed delivery.
If neither applies and your order is more than 2 business days past its expected date, send us your order number and we will chase the courier.
Getting the next one right first time
- Give a street address, not a PO Box — couriers cannot deliver to post boxes
- Use an address where someone will be present during business hours; a work address often beats a home one
- Put complex, estate or gate access details in the delivery notes
- Double-check your cell number — the courier will call it, and locker PINs are sent to it
