All prices on this site are in South African Rand (ZAR).
How you can pay
Checkout is processed securely through our payment provider, Payfast, one of South Africa's most established payment gateways. Depending on your preference, Payfast supports:
- Credit and debit cards — Visa and Mastercard
- Instant EFT from major South African banks
- Selected QR and wallet payment methods
The payment options available to you are shown at checkout.
Is it secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, with payments processed by Payfast. We never see or store your full card number — card details go straight to the payment provider, not to us.
Delivery charges
Free door delivery on orders of R600 and over. Under R600: R60 to your door, or R50 to a Courier Guy locker. Frozen items carry a separate R130 refrigerated delivery fee. What you see in the cart is what you pay — no surcharges added at the final step. See Delivery & Shipping.
Something went wrong with a payment
If a payment was declined but you can see money held on your account, it is almost always a pending authorisation that reverses on its own within a few business days. If it does not, send us the order number and the date and we will trace it.
