Pets Elite Dehydrated Raw Beef Value Box
Why we stock it
This is the reason the store is not just a treat shop. Raw feeding usually means freezer space and a delivery window; dehydrating at low temperature removes both problems, which is what makes raw practical for someone in a flat or outside a metro. The 2kg Commercial Box is the standard retail pack; the 4kg and 6kg Value Boxes are the same food in plain brown packaging with sealed 2kg bags inside — cheaper per kilogram, and it looks like what it is.
What it is
A complete beef recipe — various meat cuts, tripe, bone and cartilage — with kelp and vitamin C, dehydrated at temperatures never exceeding 35°C. The 2kg box is a single sealed pack; the 4kg box holds two sealed 2kg foil bags; the 6kg box holds three. Rehydrate before feeding.
Ingredients
Beef (various meat cuts, tripe, bone, cartilage), vinegar, kelp, vitamin C.
Feeding and use
Pets Elite give a simple guide: 7g of dry food per kilogram of your dog’s bodyweight, per day. A 20kg dog therefore needs about 140g a day. Rehydrate before feeding and provide fresh water at all times. Change food over gradually across seven to ten days.
Suited to
- Households without freezer space
- Dogs already on raw who want it simpler
- Medium to large dogs, or more than one dog
- Anyone outside the frozen delivery metros
Not suited to
- Dogs with a diagnosed condition needing a prescription diet — ask your vet
- Feeding dry without rehydrating
- Switching a dog over in a single day
