Why we stock it
A blended bar rather than a single strip of dried meat — beef mixed with collagen-rich beef tissue, which gives it structure a plain jerky strip does not have. That means it holds together while a dog works at it instead of tearing apart in one go. At 2 to 3 on the chewyness scale it is still on the soft side, so it is a reward rather than an occupier.
What it is
Beef blended with collagen-rich beef tissue and slow-dried at low temperature. Firm and structured rather than soft. Rates 2 to 3 on the Pets Elite chewyness scale. Sold by unit — size and weight vary naturally from bar to bar. Available in packs of 25, Small or Large.
Ingredients
Beef, beef (collagen-rich tissue), vinegar.
Vinegar is used during dehydration as a natural preservative. No grain, no added salt or sugar, no colourants or flavourants.
Feeding and use
Give as a reward or a daily treat, under supervision. Treats should stay under about 10% of daily intake. Fresh water alongside.
