Two ingredients and a large tub — this is the everyday training treat in the range, bought by volume. It rates 3 of 5, firmer than a soft training treat, which means it survives a pocket but takes a moment longer to eat. If you want something a dog swallows instantly between repetitions, the Snap Sticks break smaller. The 270g bulk pack is the better starting point if you train occasionally rather than daily — the 850g tub is a lot of treat to get through.
What it is
Beef dried and cut into small nibble-sized pieces. Rates 3 of 5 on the Pets Elite chewyness scale — medium hard. Available as a 270g bulk pack or an 850g tub.
Ingredients
Beef, vinegar.
Vinegar is used during dehydration as a natural preservative. No grain, no added salt or sugar, no colourants or flavourants.
Feeding and use
Give a few pieces as a reward. Treats should stay under about 10% of daily intake. Fresh water alongside.
