Pets Elite Beef Plait
Why we stock it
Same beef neck sinew as the Beef Flats, plaited instead of laid flat. The plaiting is not decorative — it multiplies the layers a dog has to get through, so the same amount of sinew lasts noticeably longer. Sinew is connective tissue and a natural source of collagen. It is also one of the cleaner-smelling chews in the range, if the pork rind aroma has put you off.
What it is
Pure beef neck sinew, plaited into a compact multi-layered chew about 180mm long and 25mm wide. Roughly 200g in a bulk pack, though it is sold by unit so weight varies. Rates 3 to 4 on the Pets Elite chewyness scale.
Ingredients
Beef (neck sinew), vinegar.
Vinegar is used during dehydration as a natural preservative. No grain, no added salt or sugar, no colourants or flavourants.
Feeding and use
Give under supervision, with fresh water alongside. Take it away once it is small enough to swallow whole. Chews and treats should stay under about 10% of what your dog eats in a day.
