Why we stock it
The spiral is the point. Rolling the rind creates layers a dog has to work through one at a time, which takes considerably longer than the same amount of rind laid flat. It is the longest-lasting item in the pork rind range without moving up to something genuinely hard. Same aroma caveat as the rest of the range.
What it is
A long strip of real pork rind, hand-rolled into a tight spiral and dried. Roughly 30cm end to end. Rates 3 to 4 on the Pets Elite chewyness scale. Colour and exact size vary from piece to piece. Sold by unit.
Ingredients
Pork (rind/skin), vinegar.
Vinegar is used during dehydration as a natural preservative. No grain, no added salt or sugar, no colourants or flavourants.
Feeding and use
Give under supervision, with fresh water alongside. Take it away once it is small enough to swallow whole. Chews and treats should stay under about 10% of what your dog eats in a day.
