Worth saying plainly, because the name still does not: these are strips of pork rind cut and shaped like an ear, not whole pig ears. Same animal, different part. That is not a downgrade — rind is more consistent in thickness than a real ear — but you should know what you are buying.
What it is
Real pork rind, cut into ear-shaped strips and dried with vinegar. Available in 225g, 450g, or a 900g resealable tub. Rates 3 of 5 on the Pets Elite chewyness scale — medium hard. Pieces vary in size and colour. Pork rind is naturally fattier than a beef tendon or sinew chew.

Pork rind (skin), vinegar.
Vinegar is used during dehydration as a natural preservative. No grain, no added salt or sugar, no colourants or flavourants.
Feeding and use
Give under supervision, with fresh water alongside. Take it away once it is small enough to swallow. Feed in moderation — chews should stay under about 10% of daily intake, and this one is rich.
