Why we stock it
Beef lung dries into a naturally soft, spongy texture, which makes this the chew to reach for with developing puppy teeth, worn senior teeth, or any dog recovering from dental work. It still does dental work of its own without the strain of a firmer chew.
What it is
Real beef lung, dried and preserved with vinegar. Each piece is about 100×30mm. Rates 2 of 5 on the Pets Elite chewyness scale — soft. Available as a 250g tub or 160g bulk pack.
Ingredients
Beef lung, vinegar.
Vinegar is used during dehydration as a natural preservative. No grain, no added salt or sugar, no colourants or flavourants.
Feeding and use
Give under supervision, with fresh water alongside. Take it away once it is small enough to swallow whole. Chews and treats should stay under about 10% of what your dog eats in a day.
