Why we stock it
The original recipe, and the one Pets Elite built the business on. It uses beef and pork rather than beef alone, which makes it a slightly richer food and rules it out for a dog avoiding pork. If you are choosing between this and the beef-only recipe and your dog has no sensitivities, this is the one most people stay on.
What it is
A complete beef and pork recipe — various meat cuts, tripe, bone and cartilage — with kelp and vitamin C, slowly dehydrated at low temperature. The 2kg is a single sealed pack; the 4kg Value Box holds two sealed 2kg foil bags; the 6kg Deluxe Box holds three. Served as it comes, straight from the box.
Ingredients
Beef, pork (various meat cuts, tripe, bone, cartilage), vinegar, kelp, vitamin C.
Feeding and use
Pets Elite give a simple guide: 7g of dry food per kilogram of your dog’s bodyweight, per day. Serve it as it comes, straight from the box, and always keep fresh water available. Change food over gradually across seven to ten days.
Safe handling
This is raw food. Wash hands, bowls and scoops after feeding, and store it sealed in a cool, dry place.
Raw feeding isn’t right for every dog or home. Check with your vet first for very young puppies, dogs recovering from gut surgery or with weakened immunity, or homes with infants, elderly or immunocompromised people.
